Safety Expert Witness Services
Finding an expert witness to testify authoritatively on your behalf on safety and health matters is not always easy. We can help. Thomas Baker, P.E. can serve as an OSHA expert witness as well as an expert on a variety of other safety topics.
Our team of experts includes nationally recognized experts on lockout/tagout, machine guarding, over-the-road trucking (DOT), industrial hygiene, and residential, commercial, and industrial construction.
Our reports may include professional opinions of the investigating engineer; incident root cause opinions; factual data; and findings.
The intent of these reports is to help employers, workers, construction engineers, project managers, and regulatory bodies identify problems in construction design, project management, and management of field engineering changes. Hopefully, this information will help reduce future incidents, fatalities, and serious injuries.
